Description
“The red 2016 A Torna Dos Pasás is a blend of 40% Brancellao, Caíño Longo, Ferrol and Caíño Redondo with only 12% alcohol. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and matured in 300-liter oak barrels for 12 months before bottling. There is a great improvement in the reds, which feel more elegant and less rustic, while keeping the character and chalky tannins from the granite soils and the tension they deliver. The aromas and flavors are quite pure and defined, and there is very nice balance. I’m looking forward to the following Escolma red. 8,000 bottles and 150 magnums were filled in November 2017 and released one year later.” 93 Luis Gutierrez for the 2016, NOT THE 2015 OFFERED HERE.
