This is the entry to the house, the noble workhouse cuvée from a blend of sites in Montgueux to best represent an overall picture of the village. The current release is from a blend of 45% 2017/30% 2016/25% 2015 base years disgorged in July ’20, and I expect it to be a knockout based on the years in question, impressions shared by his national agent (the always tasteful Thomas Calder), and Lassaigne’s well practiced know how.
