I love German rosé of Pinot Noir, as I find that the Germans particularly know how to embrace and balance acidity in wine (Riesling is the highest acidity grape on the planet, so it is a requisite to making great wine here). Alex tells me that he is very pleased with his ’21 rosé, with its salmon color and ripeness hitting the sweet spot that he is looking for. As an everyday coiffer, seems like a no brainer to me…….
