Description
8.1 g/L acidity, 28 g/L RS – The category of feinherb wines, that nebulous nether region between “dry” and fully “sweet” wines (Kabinett/Spätlese etc) is one that I adore, as I find the versatility and usefulness to be a swiss-army-knife kind of one tool suitable for all jobs. The levity of alcohol, charm, and refreshment whilst still performing basically like a dry wine is something that people will love once they check it out. This one from the Rosengärtchen should be a winner.
