16 g/L acidity, 210 g/L RS – This one should be a hop up and down, get what you can justify example, as good as it gets….!! In raw quality, not to mention quality/price, this would appear to be as good as it gets…..!!!
“The 2021er Leiwener Klostergarten Riesling Eiswein *** was made from frozen fruit picked at 211° Oechsle on December 22, 2021 and was fermented down to noble-sweet levels of residual sugar (142 g/l). It offers an absolutely stunning nose made of citrus zest, whipped cream, bitter grapefruit, pear, green apple, and herbs. The wine proves bright and hugely engaging on the perfectly balanced palate.
