The Big 3 (Charmes, Genevrières, and Perrières) are as good as it gets examples in every single vintage……it is moreso a question of which style you prefer than any qualitative question….Charmes with its broad shouldered rich body and powerful mineral core driving from bottom up is one that will please any and all, as it has something for everyone, delivered in unmistakably intense and finessed fashion…..
“Two six ouvrée plots top and bottom. Mid yellow, the bouquet is a little softer and the oak has a vanilla touch rather than toasty. Fair intensity and persistence. Tasted: 10/1/2021” 92-95 Jasper Morris “Four Star” wine
