Description
Just the second vintage for a small parcel of Chablis that Guillaume started working with, this should be terrific as well, based Guilhem’s his feedback to me…….
“A deft dollop of wood is present on the mildly exotic nose of dried yellow fruit, iodine and oyster shell wisps. There is both fine volume and vibrancy to the delicious middle weight flavors that also exude a subtle bead of minerality on the complex, balanced and focused finale. This is lovely and a wine that should drink well shortly after release but also reward a few years of cellaring. 89/2024+” Allan Meadows “particularly outstanding for their respective appellations and especially merit your attention” for the 2019, NOT THE 2020 OFFERED HERE
