“The lemon-yellow to golden-colored 2019 Zeltinger Himmelreich Beerenauslese * opens with a concentrated, wonderfully precise, fresh and coolish bouquet of lemon rind and vegetal as well as earthy aromas with notes of crushed stones. Dense and viscous on the palate, this is a rich yet aromatic and stimulating BA with ripe stone fruit aromas, ripe and elegant acidity and a firm mineral structure on the salivating finish. The wine is sweet and fleshy but vibrantly fresh and tensioned. This 2019 BA can be cellared for decades but already tastes dangerously well. 6.5% alcohol.
