My note: This is similar in its profile to the Alliance, but with even more of finessed and weightless sensibility after its fruit attack. This is from the same elevation as the Macon Fuissé, which partly explains its airier nature. Again, this is quite good.
“Strong reduction presently dominates the underlying fruit. More interesting are the seductively textured and generously proportioned medium-bodied flavors that possess a sappy mouth feel before concluding again in a refreshing bitter lemon-infused finish that offers slightly better depth and length.
