“”The 2015 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese from Schloss Lieser is another outstanding young wine in the making, with a classic expression of this great terroir coupled to the glorious balance and vivacity of the vintage. The bouquet is very elegant in its expression of white cherry, delicious apple, vanilla bean, bee pollen and a lovely topnote of orange zest. On the palate the wine is pure, medium-full and utterly seamless, with a fine core, impeccable mineral drive and a very long, nascently complex and zesty finish.
