The aromatics were dazzling on the day that I tasted this from tank last November. In the mouth, it had a powerful sense of concentration, with a moderate tannic sensibility. It was otherwise a bit muddled up, as it had just been assembled the week prior. Based on this wine’s historical performance and the strength of the rest of the ’15 range, this should come into its own and offer its typical, packed and stacked expression of northern NSG complexity meets fine
