Here is John Gilman’s review:
“The 2014 Juffer Kabinett was only bottled the day before my visit and was still wide open and showing all of its charms, as it jumps from the glass in a very refined mix of lime, Granny Smith apple, a touch of mossiness, wild yeasts, bee pollen and a lovely base of slate. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied, focused and very suave on the attack, with a good core, again, lovely filigree and a long, complex and utterly seamless finish. A really classy bottle of Kabinett. 2017-2035+. 92.”
