Gorgeous classic violet florals shocked me to attention in their purity and sex appeal. The finish has admirable polish, with a moderate sense of tannic grip. All things told, a very thumbs up classic rendition whose value proposition has to be respected.
“An appealingly fresh and airy nose features ripe aromas of violets, plum, dark cherry and a discreet hint of various spice elements. There is lovely energy and underlying tension to the mineral-inflected, sleek, intense and delicious flavors that culminate in a dusty and moderately austere finish that also displays a hint of bitter cherry. 90/2021+” Allan Meadows
