“The 2014 Crémant d’Alsace Brut Nature blends Pinot Gris and Auxerrois with 5% of Pinot Noir, which is mainly used for the Crémant Rosé. There is no dosage but a matured Riesling to fill the gap. The first part has been disgorged after 18 months.
