The ’13 Saering is a rockheads delight, with a saearing (ha ha) sense of cut. Its typically offers citrus zest (agrume in French) aromas/flavors, and is ideal with a ocean fish and things with a salty iodé sensibility, like oysters. This got a little * particularly for those who prefer a stonier sense of attack. 2 g/L residual sugar. (virtually none…) Again, D’Agata didn’t review the ’13s, but they are so compelling as well that I have to offer both the ’13s and the ’14s!!!!!
