Higher driving acidity and lower residual sugar animate this stonier, more floral, riveting example of Sommerberg Pinot Gris. Being a rockehead who favors mineral austerity and high high acidity, I prefer this one. I imagine it will be singin’ from ages 5-15 and perhaps beyond….if you can keep your hands off that long. Technical stats: 28hl/ha yields, 7.07 g/liter acidity, 10g/liter residual sugar, 13.4% alcohol.
